Lovely night out Now, how’s this for value for money, some of the nicest food in the South Hams and on a Wednesday night either Folk or Jazz. It really is the most welcoming of pubs and the service is second to non. The waitress even brought me the English mustard for my very well cooked steak before the food came out which was most welcome. All in all great food, great entertainment, reasonably priced. Lovely location and cracking service.

Food & drinks: First time visiting since the new owners took over and had a really good roast and a decent pint. Service was great and the atmosphere was perfect for a rural pub.

Just stopped by for Sunday lunch .. the welcome was warm and friendly. Plenty of room for diners and lunch was excellent! Opted for dessert and was great, beer also wonderful standard
